Happy New Year! We are having a great time in class! This week we are learning about animals that hibernate! We will specifically focus on bears! The children will learn about brown bears, polar bears, sun bears, black bears, etc. They will do art projects, directed drawings, bear patterns, and so much more. We will read many different versions of Goldilocks and the Three Bears and compare them all. In Math we will finish up our unit on sizes and move on to the teen numbers! On Friday, we will put our little bear into hibernation and wait until spring to wake him up!
