I just wanted to take the time to put into words how much we appreciated everything you and K2K gave to my two daughters over the past three years.  This morning we dropped them off at their new school and it made me realize that K2K has become such a specially important part in our lives.

 

As I am sure you are aware, leaving your babies under someone else's care is not an easy thing for a parent to do.  At K2K, from day one, your staff made this seem easy.  Over the three years there the girls had many teachers who gave our kids the special care we came to take for granted.  However, certain ones stick out in my memory.  In no particular order, Barbara, Kelly, Anne, Cara, Kim and Katie, they have met all our expectations as caregivers and did such a fantastic job.  As I know, dealing with children all day long is not easy but every time I would walk in I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello.

 

I do want to take a second and pay particular recognition to Aimee.  She has spent the most time with the girls from the time they were six months old.  Even in the morning this past year, our oldest always looked forward to sitting right next to Aimee at breakfast time before Katie took her upstairs.  Every morning Aimee would say as I took out her breakfast, "Aww ___, I am so hungry thank you for bringing me a bagel." My daughter would reply, "No that is mine."  It became such a welcomed comedic ritual to start the day.  These are the moments in life that we tend to take for granted.  And I just wanted to let you know that your staff overall are exceptional but Aimee is THE BEST.

 

Overall there had been times when our daughter would come home and just blurt out things that I had no idea she had learned at school.  I will never forget the first time she sang the Alphabet.  I looked at her amazed that she knew it and was so proud that she learned it at school.  This is just one tiny example of all the skills your staff at K2K taught my daughters.  I will be forever grateful for the time they spent at K2K.
