We maintain high standards when hiring teachers for our centers, ensuring each educator is dedicated to achieving the goals set for their classrooms. Starting at the Pre-K level, we hire teachers who hold a teaching certificate or have earned their CDA (Child Development Associate) credential. Teachers in our other classrooms meet, and often exceed, New Jersey's educational standards. All of our teachers attend monthly meetings to review lesson plans, and we actively support their professional growth by helping them schedule courses aligned with their interests.
