Kimberly Lonsigner (head teacher at Bauer Drive)

Kimberly has been working for Kradle 2 Kindergarten for 14 years.  She began working in the Two’s and Three’s classrooms and then took over teaching the Two’s class for 2 years.  After graduating from William Paterson University with a BA in Psychology and her N-8 teaching certificate, Kimberly started our first Kindergarten class!  Kimberly has dedicated her teaching career to our schools, researching new curriculums and overseeing all the teachers at each of our centers.  Kimberly is a great asset to all our centers and works hard to guide our teachers through the curriculum. She is the finest Kindergarten teacher and curriculum specialist in the area.

Teachers

We hold our standards high for hiring teachers within our centers.  Each teacher works hard to accomplish the goals set forth in their classrooms.  Beginning at the Pre-K level, we hire teachers who have a teacher certificate or have earned their CDA (Child Development Associates Degree).  Teachers in our other classrooms meet and in many cases exceed the New Jersey standards.  All of our teachers attend monthly meetings to go over their lesson plans and we allow them time to further their education by working with them to schedule courses that they are interested in taking.  Once again, we set our standards high, so that we can assure our families that their children are receiving the highest quality of care and education at each of our centers.

Assistant Teachers

Our assistant teachers are the back bone of our centers.  They provide the necessary support to the teachers and constant nurturing of the children.  Our teacher assistants all have child care experience and meet, and in most cases exceed, the criteria set forth by the state of NJ.  Each assistant teacher is given a background check and is fingerprinted by the state of NJ.  We also provide them with on-site training along with the opportunity to attend seminars to further their own education.  Many of our teacher assistants are going to college to become teachers so they are able to apply what they are learning while also learning the most recent and best child care rules and regulations.

Caregivers

We hire caring, affectionate people who enjoy working with young children.  Each of our caregivers are patient and organized and are experienced in child care.  We provide our staff with on site training along with the opportunity to attend seminars to further their own knowledge base.  Every caregiver receives a background check from the state of NJ.
