Classrooms & Curriculum

Here at K2K we are dedicated to ensuring that our children receive the best education in the area.  To accomplish this goal we set out to find curriculum’s that meet our high standards, along with the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards.

Our Two’s room uses a theme based curriculum that focuses on the children’s needs and surroundings.  At this age children learn in an egocentric manner, where if the activities are not something concrete and familiar, then the information is not retained.

Beginning in our Pre-K, your children will get involved in OWL, Openning the World of Learning.  This curriculum is an all inclusive source of knowledge for your children.  OWL guides the children through learning at their own pace with different interest areas.

Finally, our state of the art Kindergarten classrooms include SmartBoards to expand each child’s learning experience.  The “hands on” approach to learning has given our students a new outlook on school and learning.  The curriculum’s, Reading Street and Envision Math, enhance the learning experience and every child becomes set up to succeed.
